Dermatologist – Venereologist
Dermatologist- Venereologist Georgios Tyros was born in Athens, Greece and obtained his Medical Degree from the University of Padua, Italy. He received an Erasmus Scholarship for UAB, in Barcelona where he studied for 1 year. He discussed his thesis after clinical investigation in Dermoscopy and subsequently worked in Charite Berlin for his State Examination. He proudly served in Cyprus as infantry doctor. He then did his Civil Service in Aitoloakarnania. He obtained his Board Exam in Dermatology in Athens after rotating in Alexandra and Andreas Sygros University Hospitals. He has worked as a Consultant in Dermatology for Watford , Amersham and Hillingdon Hospitals both full and part time. His special interests are dermoscopy, skin surgery, STIs and autoimmune diseases.
He is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish
He is a PhD candidate in the University of Athens.
